The Role & Team:
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for both the maintenance and development of our BI tools, enhancing our data-driven decision-making capabilities. This critical role, reporting into the VP of Data Analytics, is crucial for maintaining high standards in dashboard management and ensuring data accuracy and governance across our BI platforms.
This is a hybrid role working from our New York City HQ at One Liberty Plaza two times a week.

- Maintain and build our growing library of dashboards, reports, and self-service datasets built in Sigma.
- Explore and analyze data to define and enhance business definitions, data models, KPIs, and metrics.
- Ensure trust in our data and reporting by upholding and growing the current data governance program.
- Provide support and oversight of internal data change management processes by leading cross-functional status meetings and tracking progress against initiatives.
- Manage and resolve any incoming support tickets related to dashboards or data quality, implementing changes and routine maintenance.
- Maintain and update data definitions across the organization, ensuring consistency and adherence to data governance policies.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of building and managing complex reports using modern BI tools in a production environment.
- Very strong SQL skills, with substantial experience in complex querying and business analysis.
- Experience with DBT for data build and transformation; hands-on experience with Sigma or similar BI tools (ex. Looker, Metabase, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong experience managing data quality and data governance programs.
- Solid understanding of fact-dimension modeling, analyzing data sets to answer business questions, and metrics creation, with a focus on usability and business impact.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary:$100,000- $140,000 (dependent on skills & experience)
