Job Description: Summary This position is primarily a candidate to support the CoreWorx solutions. Coreworx provides project information management solutions for complex engineering and construction projects, including the industry's leading interface management solution, document control, collaboration, contract management, and project change request solutions. Coreworx proven solutions are used around the globe by top EPC and owner organizations to automate best practices, mitigate business risk, and improve performance to budget throughout the entire project life cycle. The candidate will be performing systems analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing, or modification of computer software systems and/or programs. The candidate exercises discretion and judgment ensuring the business objective are met. This is a fully remote position but our targeting Atlanta-Greenville-Charlotte surrounding geographical area. Scope This position supports and manage Fluor Mission Solution’s Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to manage electronic information, records capture, and retention management. The job will work as part of the internal Fluor Mission Solution IT Application Support Team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of many custom developed solutions for the DDM business line. This includes reporting systems, upgrades, patching, installations, debugging issues, working with end users to implement solutions and address issues. This position collaborates with customers, vendors, industry consultants, and company management to drive for results. This role supports IT projects and home office Applications. Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities • Maintain critical planning, monitoring, and reporting processes as well as required documentation, for the timely coordination and completion of project tasks • Translate customer and business requirements into practical and affordable solutions • Coordinate, direct, and lead project status meetings • Ensure that project deliverables and schedules are met by assigned technical resources • Manage escalation to the appropriate IT resource management when needed • Participate with cross-functional team members in issue identification, process impacts, and solution development discussions to optimize end-to-end solutions • Leverage outside vendors, contactors, technical teams, and other departments to drive for results • Support business solutions, and investigate operational problems and system requirements • Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines • Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards • Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies • 10% travel required attending in person business related matters • Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality • Other duties as assigned Working Conditions • Generally favorable indoor office workspace, and/or; • Various levels of environmental conditions including but not limited to project worksites and vendor/client facilities which may have temporary office space, moving mechanical parts and vibration; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles and extreme temperatures and high noise levels Job ID: 146743BR City: GREENVILLE State: South Carolina Country: United States We are an equal opportunity employer that recognizes the value of a diverse workforce.
