Your mission at IntegriChain 

The mission of this role is to ensure the quality of functional solution delivery to clients while building and maintaining overall client satisfaction. We are looking for a visionary functional lead to assist with the design and execution of complex solutions to support our customer needs. 

  • Perform functional lead project roles
  • Assist in the design of solutions
  • Own client interaction, relationships, and onsite presence to support the functional solution delivery to the client
  • Ability to work autonomously and in independent work environment
  • Mentoring of junior project team members

What you'll need to thrive in this role:

  • Can lead/execute a project workstream with limited day-to-day supervision
  • Gather requirements for and design complex solutions to provide business goals
  • Support project plans, status reports, and other project documentation
  • Oversees development of engagement deliverables
  • Provides functional thought leadership internally and to clients
  • Provides effective communication with internal and clients
  • Initiates/leads internal projects 
  • Mentors Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Lead Analysts
  • Participates in the recruiting process as appropriate
  • Participates in business development activities
  • Demonstrates higher levels of operating autonomy – able to perform tasks related to the execution of a client engagement without day-to-day supervision; knows appropriate times to seek assistance and review of work products
  • Supports sales opportunities and estimates development
  • Tracks assigned tasks to project work
  • Understands the “big picture” of what needs to be accomplished and raises concerns/issues in a timely fashion
  • Understand the primary financial drivers of the business and engagement financials
  • Mentors Analysts and Senior Analysts
  • Has consulting experience or relevant industry experience
  • Willingness to travel
Qualifications

What you'll bring to the table:

  • At least 3 years of systems implementation/upgrade experience spanning the software development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, implement) 
  • At least 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical commercial contracting (chargebacks, purchase based rebates, utilization based rebates)
  • Experience with Model N Flex or Model N Powered by N strongly preferred
  • Cross functional experience in pharmaceutical Medicaid and Government Pricing a huge plus
  • Mentoring of junior project team members
  • Has mastered the requirements of Senior Analyst
  • Demonstrates higher levels of operating autonomy – able to perform tasks related to the execution of a client engagement without day-to-day supervision; knows appropriate times to seek assistance and review of work products
  • Supports sales opportunities and estimate development
  • Tracks assigned tasks to project work
  • Understands the “big picture” of what needs to be accomplished and raises concerns/issues in timely fashion
