Job Overview:
The Business Systems Analyst (Journeyman) is responsible for leading the analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of business systems to meet organizational needs. This role acts as the key liaison between the business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of system solutions that enhance business performance. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will apply advanced knowledge of systems and business processes to drive complex initiatives, streamline operations, and enable effective decision-making.

1. Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
2. Manages teams of contract Support Personnel at multiple locations.
3. Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
4. Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
5. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
Skills:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Required 10 Years
Proven expertise in progressive consulting leadership, providing full lifecycle services within enterprise environment. Required 6 Years
Managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for entire project lifecycle. Required 6 Years
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
Required 6 Years
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, including significant experience in a senior or lead role. Highly desired 5 Years
