Responsibilities -

• Seeking a highly skilled project manager/business analyst (PM/BA).
• Currently, DPS is seeking a contractor to manage in-progress online customer chat and multiple data analytics projects across several DPS divisions.
• The planning phase of these projects will include coordinating work across MNIT, DPS, and external vendors.
• At a high level, the resource will initially work on the online customer chat and data analytics projects as identified by the department.
• If additional projects are identified and funds are available, resource will be assigned to other projects across the department.
