Information Technology Business Analyst

TITLE: IT Business Analyst

LOCATION: Reno, NV (Onsite required, relocation assistance offered)

SALARY: 110,000 - 120,000

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the D365 Finance & Operations Center of Excellence, the IT Business Analyst will provide Level 2 support

Work with subject matter experts and key users on:

• Documenting changes made to the D365 solution;
• Creating Functional Design Documents for customizations requested to the D365 solution;
• Creating test data and conducting tests for changes to D365 configuration to assure the solution performs to specifications; and,
• Supporting subject matter experts in developing user instructions to enable end users to perform assigned business processes.
• Perform analysis to determine inefficiencies in system performance.
• Specific Programs, ISVs, and module responsibilities include:
• D365 native product configuration settings and management
• Process Weaver / Xcarrier logistics ISV integration
• D365 Workflow configuration and management (i.e. purchase requisition approval process)
• BlueStar engineering change management
• Data Masons (SPS Commerce) EDI integration (secondary support within IT)

ESSENTIAL QUALIFCATIONS

• High degree of standard business practices understanding (i.e. Procure to Pay, Order entry to cash receipt).
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.
• Critical thinking and data analysis skills.
• BS Degree in Computer Information Systems or in a relevant business area is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience with D365 Finance and Operations ERP is required.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Teams, etc. is required.

• Experience with D365 module Retail and Commerce.
• Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
