www.culligan.com . Position Summary Our Business Analysis Team works closely with Quench’s internal business users and stakeholders to drive effective use of Quench systems and automation of processes. Quench’s primary system is

and includes Zuora, ServiceMax, FinancialForce, Supply Chain Management, CPQ, as well as several other systems. The team’s primary function is to liaise between the business functions and the technical development teams to translate requirements on how the business needs to function into systems requirements. The successful candidate must be able to use Salesforce and other software tools to run projects and help the team implement solutions for our company’s unique needs. This is a hands-on managerial role where you will work directly with the Business Analysis team and lead multiple technical projects or portions at one time. They will be self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver with excellent documentation and communication skills. They will take responsibility for finding solutions and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems. The Director of Business Analysis will be a core member of the IT Leadership Team and will gain expertise across multiple systems and provide guidance and hands-on mentoring for the team. This Director level role is looked to provide insights and strategic thinking about systems recommendations that result in highly available, reliable, and efficient technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Business Analyst team of several direct reports and a Manager of the Data Quality team. Collaborate with IT leadership and key business partners across the company to build application roadmaps focused on supporting business needs that are scalable into the future. Analyze company processes and design workflows and custom solutions. Manage projects. Translate business needs to technical specifications. Document new project requirements. Adhere to Salesforce best practices and help maintain test cases. Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting. Stay on top of new products and technologies. Flexible to adjust to shifting priorities according to business needs. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or specialized training/certification, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of related work experience. Strong organizational and leadership skills and experience. Experience with Agile software development environment. 3+ years of experience working with

Salesforce.com . Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude. Excellent communication skills. Willing to take initiative and be innovative. Consultative and customer-service-oriented in nature in working with the business. Able to anticipate, identify, and solve problems through root cause analysis to deliver practical, timely solutions. Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other IT team members. Nice to Haves

Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Administrator Certification. SQL Experience. Familiarity with Salesforce dashboard and reporting. Experience with ServiceMax, Zuora, Financial Force, Salesforce CPQ, Supply Chain Management. We Offer
