Lead strategy across all Fingerpaint (FP) Multicultural accounts with a primary focus on US Hispanic and African American markets, and a secondary focus as needed for other cultural groups. Evolve multicultural data and insights, supporting the team in marketing mix planning and content strategy for clients, across multicultural stakeholders and channels, including consumers and HCPs. Support the team in evolving overall multicultural marketing capabilities for the group, as well as in all business development efforts. BD Related Support: Business case development for new brand and corporate opportunities. Further solidifying agency positioning in the pharmaceutical industry space. Pitch deck development and pitch support. Proactive outreach to potential new clients. Working with account teams to identify and bring new growth opportunities with existing clients. Helping to evolve and develop new capabilities and innovate the marketplace. Job Requirements:

5+ years of Pharmaceutical Rx category experience. Multicultural marketing experience in US Hispanic and African American markets. Background in strategic planning with strong understanding of RX data and analytics tools. Pharma Rx brand marketing experience is a must: Consumer and HCP experience. Ideally with client-side experience in addition to vendor/agency side. Ability to build strong presentations and communications specific to brand strategy. Would be expected to have a clear process/approach to building strategic frameworks. Strong business development and presentation skills.
