10720 – Business Process Analyst I
Purpose:
The Business Process Analyst I is responsible for coordinating assigned corporate strategy section projects and activities including analysis, planning, execution, and improvement. The role’s main responsibilities include strategy analysis, process analysis, and corporate performance monitoring and reporting. The Business Process Analyst I is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, and they rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The Business Process Analyst I performs a variety of complex tasks - a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Essential Functions:
Corporate strategy planning:
- Support to develop and propose HAEA corporate strategy, client support strategy and business expansion planning. Involves extensive research and benchmarking analysis.
- Perform environmental analysis and internal competency assessment and develop to-be direction. Understanding overall storyline and able to communicate with management.
- Assess current organization and strategic alignment, conduct case studies and enhance structural design of corporation.
Business process improvement:
- Analyze and document As-Is business process and identify areas of improvement. Support the design of To-Be business process and support the implement of the new processes.
Corporate KPI management:
- Monitor corporate and IT metrics to identify areas of further analysis and improvement.
- Support to build corporate KPI structure and mechanism.
- Prepare periodic corporate KPI report and status report.
- Plan and coordinate executive meetings and corporate events & communication.
- Support CEO and executives on various tasks.

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in the corporate strategy field.
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, MS Office skills, quantitative & qualitative analysis, critical thinking.
- Strong written and oral # communications skills.
- Self-starter, willing to get involved and do whatever is needed to get the job done.
Salary Range - $69,390 - $90,200
