We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, supporting new business models and products introduced by our Software and Services group. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SFDC Sales Cloud. You will be responsible for designing innovative solutions, challenging conventional approaches, reimagining current configurations, and turning every challenge into an opportunity to enhance and optimize the system. Work with engineers from different teams, tackle challenging projects, and stay updated on the latest technology advancements. What you'll be doing: Architect and design end-to-end solutions involving SFDC Sales Cloud and integrated downstream systems to support Software and Service processes. Develop and own the SFDC application roadmap and vision to support the fast-growing Software and Service business Deliver innovative technical solutions on a tight timeline, collaborating with Business, Product Management, and Engineering teams. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for the development team. Analyze and document complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design effective Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. Develop and execute testing plans to ensure high-quality outcomes. Coordinate UAT testing and manage weekly/monthly deployment release cycles. What we need to see: D eep expertise in configuring, designing, and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business. 8+ years of Salesforce CRM experience with a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, functionalities, and standard methodologies, including expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect with advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform plus integrating systems with third-party service vendors. Experience collaborating with application developers, SFDC, SAP, and offshore teams to build applications supporting enterprise customers. Self-starter with a demonstrable ability to work independently and drive new initiatives. Proficient in Flow Builder, Process Builder, and other out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions. Demonstrated expertise in CPQ and CRM functionalities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical skills. Experience managing large-scale initiatives and system rollouts. Manage Salesforce release cycles and platform upgrades. Preferred Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant/Service Cloud Consultant, and Application Architect. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience in High-Tech industry Experience in Software/Services processes and systems Exposure to various middleware system architectures such as SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, etc. Experience with SFDC Manufacturing Cloud, SAP S/4 HANA systems and integrations is a plus. The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 207,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
