Business Analyst II Process Management
Major Purpose
Evaluates existing business processes, projects, and/or initiatives; recommends business improvement opportunities. Leads the definition, development, and implementation of business process improvement projects and initiatives of moderate complexity. Assists with and/or leads resolution of business process issues and provides in-depth knowledge of business, processes, and practices. Works without supervision while providing guidance to others. May serve as team lead or subject matter expert on a portion of the project.
Major Duties
- Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level.
- Document "as is" and "to be" processes and describe changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability.
- Execute a communications plan within established internal communication systems and procedures.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement activities to support effective relationships for projects and respond to stakeholder needs.
- Support risk, issue, dependency, and constraint evaluation and propose mitigating solutions.
- Contribute to feasibility studies and document findings.
- Produce accurate reports by collecting and formatting data from standard sources.
- Assign short-term work schedules to subordinates to meet expectations within timelines.
- Review existing operations and generate ideas for continuous improvements.
- Organize and prepare complex documents using various software; gather and summarize data for reports.
- Develop capabilities through formal/informal training and maintain professional accreditation.
- Stay updated on technology, regulations, and industry practices through education and conferences.

Work Experience
- Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)
- Basic experience coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
Specific Position Requirements:
As a SCW Analyst for Client A&CS Part Services located in Milan, IL, you will collaborate with customers and teammates to support the Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) initiative. This includes:
- Providing production support for facilities with modern solutions deployed.
- Deploying new capabilities as developed.
- Creating training documentation for warehouse office and floor staff.
- Performing end-user training and supporting implementations.
What Skills You Need (Required):
- 1+ year's experience working within Operations and/or Engineering function.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
What Makes You Stand Out (Desired):
- 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse or other operation.
- 2+ years of experience in an engineering role supporting operations.
- Experience training personnel on processes and best practices.
- Experience supporting operations in the use of technical tools or IT systems.
Education:
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Degree in Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience.
- Degree in Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience.
