Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong technical background to support software development IT projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. This role requires collaboration with the Product Owner and IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify needs and elicit requirements.
• Serve as the liaison between business owners and technical teams.
• Define project scope, risks, and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Assist in breaking down user stories and refining the product catalog.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance team effectiveness and project delivery.

Key Skills Required:

• 4+ years of experience with the Scrum framework
• 5+ years in Business Analysis and use case development
• Proficient in Business Process Flow documentation
• Experience in Product Management for at least 3 years
• Strong communication skills and facilitation abilities
