Location: Urbana, MD (Onsite )

Role Description:

  • The Salesforce-experienced Product Owner/Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that Salesforce implementations meet organizational goals.
  • This role involves gathering requirements, defining user stories, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Ensure clear communication and understanding of business requirements.
  • Requirement Gathering: Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce projects.
  • Ensure that requirements are well-defined and aligned with business objectives.
  • Product Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog based on stakeholder feedback and changing business needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that delivered solutions meet the defined requirements.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
  • Ensure that users are well-equipped to utilize Salesforce effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve Salesforce processes and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and implement best practices.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and training materials.
