The Activation Analytics team manages our media-based analytics programs and omnichannel campaigns, defining reporting programs that define key business outcomes, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). The team develops the tracking infrastructure and creates data-informed narratives that can apply to real-world business opportunities and challenges.
Must be local to the New York, New Jersey or the tristate area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and take part in the development of communication outreach and nurturing strategies for marketing automation and email campaigns.
Develop reporting objectives and KPIs to identify trends and evaluate the success of client initiatives and objectives.
Establish benchmarks and analyze reporting data to monitor program performance.
Experience articulating email campaign structure and analytics findings.
Manage Google Analytics accounts, including tagging, custom segments, goal tracking, etc., across website, email, and media assets.
Work closely with the development team to manage, implement, and QA necessary tracking codes and campaign execution across brands, channels, and systems.
Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, leveraging database analysis skills, as well as data visualization and business intelligence tools.
Monitor cross-channel marketing campaign performance and website engagement for key clients.
Partner with digital strategists to develop actionable insights to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities that align with brand objectives and strategies.
Provide support and mentorship for junior analysts.
Requirements and Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of analytics and reporting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Strong proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Looker, Tableau, R, Python).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience with digital marketing channels and an understanding of media metrics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Must enjoy working in a demanding environment as a key member of a dynamic, team-based organization.
Strong organization and written/oral communication skills.
Attention to detail is a must.
Background in pharmaceutical and digital marketing or agency experience is a plus.
