Your role:
The Head of Digital Manufacturing Solutions will lead a team of data-savvy engineers, dedicated to driving the digital transformation of our manufacturing sites.
The primary business goals for this role are to help our manufacturing sites to be prepared to efficiently scale for growing demand as well as addressing today’s most impactful challenges for quality and site performance. These objectives will be achieved through a comprehensive digital roadmap, closely aligned with business units to support their strategic initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with Electronics business leaders and operations heads to enhance site efficiency, quality, and capacity through innovative data-driven and digital methodologies in a scalable way.
The team will also drive major cross-cutting manufacturing programs in close alignment with Data, Digital and IT, to employ forward-thinking strategies to maximize the value derived from our current and future technical infrastructure and data assets, aligned with other roadmaps that advance our Electronics infrastructure. On top of that, the team will provide chemical and process engineering expertise to the Digital Solutions Data Science team to support their scientific review of data-driven hypotheses.
In essence, the key tasks are:
Lead and develop a team of technical personnel, manufacturing experts, and project managers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and lean disruption.
Develop and align a strategic vision with Electronics’ business and operations leaders, focusing on enhancing manufacturing efficiency and quality with manufacturing intelligence solutions.
Deliver on this strategic vision by continuously enhancing and driving the adoption of a manufacturing intelligence solution suite (to reduce scrap, re-work, cycle times, issues, etc.).
Drive technical project execution and manage complex programs for digital manufacturing.
Offer expertise in data science and engineering to guide the teams in the business with their most impactful problems and also our data science team for engineering-related hypotheses.

Who You Are:
Master’s degree in engineering or science, preferably chemical or process engineering.
Minimum 8 years of industry experience in technical roles within manufacturing or engineering with real experience on manufacturing sites; semiconductor and electronics experience preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital transformation and automation technology (MES systems, electronic batch records, etc.); preferably with people management experience.
Proven experience in shaping and executing technical roadmaps with a visionary approach and a strong problem-solving mindset with the adaptability to navigate a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to assess opportunities using data analytics, AI, and automation technologies in manufacturing regarding their feasibility and potential impact.
Track record in leading and developing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
