Job Summary
Business Analyst with a background in incident management, business analytics, and technical support. This resource, you will work closely with the Incident Management leadership to analyze data and be responsible for developing and maintaining incident management reports and providing insights to management and executives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain incident management reports and dashboards
- Provide insights and reports to management and executives on incident trends and performance metrics
- Analyze incident data and identify trends to improve incident management processes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify root cause and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with the Incident Management team to develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures
Requirements
- Reporting and visualization: Ability to create reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel/Excel Power Query.
- ServiceNow knowledge and experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present technical information to executives in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related field
- Preferred 3+ years of experience in incident management, business analytics, and technical support
