We are looking for an ambitious Director, Business Process Excellence Analyst who is self-motivated and an agile learner to join us on our journey of becoming ADI's business process transformation engine.
At ADI, we are in the process of launching a Business Excellence & Transformation Management Office. The Business Excellence & Transformation Office aims to deliver a frictionless experience globally by transforming our employee and business-related services at scale. To support the launch of this organization, we are creating the role of Director, Business Process Excellence Analyst, whose mission is to ensure that each business process runs seamlessly from end-end with optimal efficiency. This role will play a pivotal part in developing and executing a comprehensive process excellence strategy, leading large-scale process improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This role reports to the Sr. Director of Business Excellence.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process Analysis, and Design:
- Develop and execute transformation roadmaps, including defining target operating models and change management plans.
- Conducts in-depth current-state process assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develops and implements process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Creates detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation.
- Collaborates with IT teams to assess system capabilities and identify areas for automation and integration
- Recommends process automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitation, Change Management and Coaching:
- Facilitates workshops, brainstorming sessions, and process improvement projects.
- Design and implement intuitive change management frameworks and visuals to accelerate organization transformation - and inspire employee buy-in and participation.
- Builds consensus and drives collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Coaches and mentors team members on process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Develops and executes change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of process improvements.
- Data Analysis and Performance Measurement:
- Collects and analyzes process performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develops key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
- Tracks process improvement initiatives and calculates ROI.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Identifies and implements best practices.
- Stays current with industry trends and process improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale process transformation initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Understanding of IT systems/tech stacks and their impact on business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio).
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with change management frameworks.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
This is a dynamic role that requires a passionate individual with a strong drive for results. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of process analysis skills and technical acumen to effectively collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders.
