What You’ll Do:    

  • ERP System Analysis and Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and workflows supported by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements aligned with organizational goals.
  • System Configuration and Support: Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to configure, test, and deploy changes in Business Central. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions. Support end-users through training, documentation, and ongoing assistance with the ERP system.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, sales, and other departments to understand their ERP-related needs. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Ensure data integrity in the ERP system and develop custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making. Monitor system performance to generate insights for strategy and operations.
  • Project Management: Lead or support ERP-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and system rollouts. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful execution. Coordinate testing, feedback, and user acceptance processes.
  • EDI Process Management: Oversee all EDI operations, ensuring compliance and smooth information flow for inbound and outbound documents.
  • Troubleshooting and IT Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with ERP systems, SharePoint, and reporting tools like Power BI and JetReports. Provide recurring IT training to internal users to optimize utilization of software suites such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and ERP systems.
  • Document Solutions: Maintain clear documentation of ERP processes, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and system enhancements for future reference.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems. Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration and modules (e.g., finance, inventory, sales, purchasing). Experience with Power BI, JetReports, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plus. Understanding of APIs, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Problem Solver: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving system inefficiencies and issues within ERP, data management, and business processes.
  • Great Communicator: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
