• Some out of hours may be required to fulfill international working. • The nature of the role may change in different phases of the program, e.g., designing globally initially and then supporting local implementation. • Significant travel may be required with peaks and troughs of travel at certain stages of the program. All travel will be in line with Pearson travel policy (available on request). • Develop detailed end-to-end project plan for the rollout to country/group of countries, pulling together the deliverables and outputs from the various TEP workstreams into a cohesive plan. • Track, monitor, and accurately report on progress against country/countries' rollout plan. • Track, monitor, and accurately report on country-specific risks and issues. • Resolve issues and barriers to achieving the end-to-end plan by working with the TEP Program workstreams to mitigate and resolve issues impacting the relevant country plan. • Track, monitor, and challenge workstreams on progress and project performance towards country rollouts. • Communicate project performance via status reports and updates to senior leaders in the country as required, ensuring all are aware of project scope and progress. • Communicate in line with communications and program plans with team and wider stakeholders. • Work with relevant teams to ensure the business readiness plan for the country is agreed and manage progress against that plan to ensure successful go-live. • Work closely with colleagues to agree on test plans, retirement of legacy systems, end-user training plans, and cutover plans that all meet the country's requirements and overall go-live timelines. All of the above are to be delivered in line with the overall HR project plans. Skills/Experience:

• Strong demonstrable project management experience gained in a global matrix environment. • Highly organized and capable planner, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. • Proven track record of influencing senior-level management and stakeholders, as well as the ability to liaise and influence at all levels within Pearson and/or relevant customer and third-party organizations. • Ability to work on own initiative but integrated within a global program structure. • Ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders to support program delivery and use collaborative approaches where appropriate. • Experience of global HR transformation or global IT program rollouts working with an integration partner would be an advantage. • Knowledge of HCM Fusion or Taleo systems would be an advantage. • Experience of working in a matrixed and virtual environment. • Ability to work with a number of stakeholders - internally, within Pearson and internationally. • Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks at one time. • Ability to work with a global customer base and different cultures. • Some out of hours working to support the global organization. • Ability to build internal confidence in a situation of consistent change.
