"Overnight" Warehouse Manager

  • $60K plus company benefits

Work Schedule:

Monday, 12am – Monday, 9am

Tuesday, 12am – Tuesday, 9am

Wednesday 12am – Wednesday, 9am

Thursday, 12am – Thursday, 9am

Friday, 12am – Friday, 9am

 

Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a warehouse manager or lead doing comparative work

Seeking a candidate from a smaller work environment rather than a large facility working with several employees.

 

Very hands on management position

Equipment Operating

  • Sit-Down Propane Powered Forklift
  • Boom Forklift Operating  
    • A forklift jib boom is an attachment designed to fit onto straight mast and extendable-reach type forklifts to lift and move suspended loads, most typically over or under obstacles. A forklift job boom has a hook and shackle at the end of the jib for easy attachment to the load.

Managing 1 other Warehouse employee

 

Products are Flooring and carpet padding

 

Loading & Unloading freight trucks

 

Handling Will Calls and CODs – collect payments and ensure order paperwork is completed

 

Fill out Manifest Sheets ensuring products that are on the Manifests are actually the freight that is delivered

 

Leadership skills

 

Facility receives 5 or 6 truck loads per shift

Facility is only open on the overnight shift

 

Sometimes will have to jockey freight trucks to the bay doors

 

Must be fluent communicating in English

 

Proficient typing emails, working with Word, Excel, and Outlook

 

Orders come from their Baltimore facility
