Are you a night owl with a heart for helping others? We're looking for compassionate overnight staff to provide vital care and companionship to a young man with autism and other disabilities in his family home. Whether youre seeking part-time or full-time work, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact during those quiet hours. Nannying experience is a plus!
Position: Part-Time Overnight Awake Staff
Flexible hours available.

What Youll Do:

• Be a nighttime guardian, staying awake and attentive to his needs.
• Assist with personal care, including diaper changes and any additional support he may require.
• Provide comfort and reassurance with a calming presence, a gentle touch, or simply holding his hand.
• Use video monitoring to keep watch, with time to use your phone or computer when he's resting.
• Utilize nannying skills, such as creating a nurturing, secure, and supportive environment.

What You Bring:

• Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of caregiving or nanny experience is preferred, but compassion is key.
• Familiarity with supporting children or individuals with special needs is highly valued.
• Must pass a criminal background check to ensure safety.
• Experience with basic sign language is a plus!
• Kindness, empathy, and a nurturing spirit are essential.
• Comfortable with a friendly therapy dog in the home.
