Job Summary
We're seeking friendly, reliable, and professional on-call concierges for overnight coverage at Astra Tower. Ideal candidates thrive in night shifts, provide exceptional customer service and support our team.
Responsibilities
1. Cover last-minute overnight concierge shifts (10 PM-7 AM).
2. Ensure a positive experience for residents and guests at the front desk.
3. Respond to incoming calls, take detailed notes and document interactions.
4. Communicate call notes and resident interactions to the day team.
5. Handle immediate concerns/ questions and escalate issues when needed.
6. Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
Qualifications
1. Customer service, hospitality or concierge experience preferred.
2. Strong communication skills and friendly attitude.
3. Ability to remain alert during overnight hours.
4. Organized, detail-oriented and able to accurately document information.
5. Dependable with flexibility for last-minute scheduling.
