Crystal Springs is seeking a dedicated and reliable Overnight Lead Banquet Houseman to join our dynamic team. This leadership role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet events by overseeing a team of banquet housemen and ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and with attention to detail.

Job Summary:
As the Overnight Lead Banquet Houseman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the banquet housemen to ensure timely and precise event setup. Your role will include managing the setup of tables, chairs, buffet tables, and other event-specific equipment for meetings, banquets, and special events. You will work closely with the event planning team to ensure each function runs seamlessly, meeting the expectations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of banquet housemen, ensuring duties are performed accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate and execute the setup of tables, chairs, buffet stations, and other event requirements.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of event spaces before, during, and after events.
• Collaborate with event managers and staff to ensure event details are executed as planned.
• Assist with the transportation and storage of event equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and organization in the workplace.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds or more.
• Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays.
• Must be available to work overnight 7pm-3am
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
