MRK Marlin Hotel is hiring: Overnight Front Desk Agent in Miami Beach

Experience in overnight hotel operations preferred but not required. Understand the process of night audit and dealing with a hotel front desk including check-in, check-out, cancellations, making changes, reservations, and providing complete satisfaction to guest’s concerns. Good attitude, great customer service skills, and team work oriented are required. 40 hours per week. Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
