Job Description
RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a confident, dedicated, and compassionate individual to support the overnight hours at our newly built apartment building. A successful candidate will be able to monitor and control building access overnight while providing support to tenants as requested. Additionally, this individual must have the ability to appropriately respond to the needs of sensitive populations, such as those recovering from mental health or substance use diagnoses.
RISE offers an Overnight Building Staff:
- A rate of $21.12 per hour with a 36 hour work week
- $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment

Overview of Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and controlling building access
- Supporting tenant needs
- Responding to incidents
- Connecting tenants to resources
To qualify you must have:
- Experience working with sensitive populations a plus
- An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training
- Excellent conflict management and dispute resolution skills
- The flexibility to work overnight and weekend hours
- Strong interpersonal boundaries
- Our shared belief system in areas such as respect, empathy, and inclusion
- Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy
