The Evergreen Center is a world-class private human services organization that provides living and learning environments for individuals with developmental disabilities diagnosed with multiple disabilities including Autism, physical disabilities, neurological problems and behavior disorders. Evergreen's Adult Supports Division was created to provide a range of residential programs for adults with intellectual and developmental challenges served by the Commonwealth's Department of Developmental Services. Job DescriptionThe Evergreen Center is seeking an Overnight Asleep Staff to join our Adult Residential Supports Division. The Adult Supports Division has been created to provide a range of residential programs for adults with intellectual and developmental challenges.
The Overnight Asleep Staff’s role is to provide emergency support to the Overnight Awake Staff to insure the health and safety of individuals during the hours of 11pm & 9am. The Overnight Asleep Staff is allowed to sleep (between the hours of 11:30pm & 6:00am) in a designated area within the house. Additionally, the Overnight Asleep Staff may be required to transport individuals to scheduled recreational activities within the community, ensuring their comfort and well-being during transit and maintaining a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
Available Schedules:
Thursday-Saturday 11-9

- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- MAP (Medication Administration) certification must be obtained within the first three months of employment
