Hilton Marco Island Resort and Spa is hiring: Recreation Area Cleaner/Overnight

Hilton Marco Island Resort and Spa is currently seeking an Overnight Pool Area Cleaner. This position is a part-time position that requires a night owl to keep our pool area neat and tidy for guests. Part time team members benefit from hotel discounts, shift meals and more!

POSITION PURPOSE:

Assure cleanliness of public area near pool and assists recreation attendants according to Hilton's standards of quality.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.

Patrol the premises to maintain order, enforce regulations and ensure observance of applicable laws.

Clean, re-stock and tidy pool area.

Remove stains, debris from pool deck to maintain a neat and clean appearance. Use brush, cloths and prescribed chemical agents for proper cleaning of surfaces.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the hotel.

OTHER:

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
