As the Senior Lead Product Manager for our AI Platform, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to build and scale our AI platform. Whether you are in meetings with clients or sales, service, developers, analysts, or design, you will be the guiding voice that helps create and establish product roadmap. You have worked with Agile teams and understand product delivery cycles and how to satisfy a diverse group of global stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Craft and articulate a compelling

product vision and strategy

for the AI platform, aligning with the broader objectives of the company. Develop and maintain a detailed

product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives

based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities. Collaborate with engineering leaders

to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that align with the product vision and market demands. Partner with sales and marketing

to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and key messages that resonate with target audiences. Engage with customers and key stakeholders

to gather insights, validate concepts, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation. Monitor industry trends , emerging technologies, and regulatory landscapes to ensure the AI platform remains competitive and compliant. Oversee product launches and releases , coordinating efforts across teams to ensure successful execution and market adoption. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI or machine learning products. Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and scaling technology products, ideally in the AI space. Proven ability to use data to drive priorities and product opportunities through data exploration, sophisticated analysis, and in-product user measurement. Strong technical background with a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a record of accomplishment of driving results on high-performing teams. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Agile and adaptable, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry. Experience in Human Capital Management is a plus.
