Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining a high level of professional attitude, behavior and ethics.
- Presenting a professional appearance by dressing in proper uniform.
- Check-in/Check-out guests while maintaining a warm and professional attitude at all times.
- Efficiently handling all cash and charge transactions for guests’ accounts.
- Post charges to the guest and group accounts
- Track room revenues, occupancy percentages and other operations statistics.
- Run end of day process in property management software.
- Assist with transportation requests.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area and re-stocking supplies for the next shift.
- Other duties as assigned by Hotel Leadership.

Requirements:Essential Requirements
- Night Owl.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Understand principles of auditing, balancing and closing out accounts.
- Maintain lobby presence when not tending to guests.
- Must have excellent communication, phone and hospitality skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Prior hotel and overnight audit experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus.
