Overnight Awake Shift Worker (Full-Time) - Fall River, MA

We are seeking an Overnight Awake Shift Worker to work in Fall River, MA in a 9-bed, group home for boys (ages 13-17) involved with Department of Children & Families (DCF).

What you will bring...

  • A high school degree or equivalent;
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid state driver's license; and legally registered and insured car for work use.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule (11pm-7:30am) includes weekdays, weekends and some holidays.


What you will receive...

$24.00 per hour.

What you will do...

Supervise up to 9 boys (ages 13-17) and assist them in meeting their treatment plan goals. Provide behavioral support and informal counseling, be a positive role model for the young men; assists the boys to perform daily life skills activities; provide overall safety and structure within the home. Must remain awake and alert throughout shift.
