The Global Fleet and Products (GFP) organization is responsible for building and managing the Amazon Last Mile Fleet. This team is looking for a Program Manager, Amazon Fleet Manager (AFM) to ensure our fleet remains the world’s safest and most efficient. This role will be the eyes and ears on the ground at Amazon Delivery Stations, driving daily tactical execution of fleet-related tasks and assisting partner teams with the operationalization of cross-functional projects and programs. A successful candidate thrives in roles with significant visibility from cross-functional stakeholders, can autonomously deliver results, and influence without authority.
Key job responsibilities
On-site field support for a delivery station - owning station level support and escalations in the field.Comfortable driving KPIs (i.e., compliance and safety metrics) with internal and external stakeholders.Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment and provide daily tactical feedback to other leaders in the organization.Partner with Amazon Operations leaders, DSPs, Regional Fleet Managers (RFMs), and Corporate program teams to drive adherence to business goals and initiatives.Engage Operations and DSP teams on standard work and best practices and maintain accountability to Fleet standards with in-station presence, vehicle safety audits, and coaching.Coordinate with third party companies to ensure Best in Class service is provided to Amazon Fleet.Comfortable operating remotely—this role is field support may not be co-located with your manager.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.2+ years of program or project management experience.Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.Bachelor's degree.2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.2+ years of driving process improvements experience.Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
Travel for this role may be up to 25% at times.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
