is looking for a candidate to join our team as a Program Manager to provide support to IRS-CI government customer. Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for managing all program resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the team and the customer. Provide day to day direction for the program and regular updates for program deliverables to the government customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES and SKILLS: Portfolio Management, Acquisitions and Contracts (PMAC) responsible for the oversight and governance of IT projects and contracts. PMAC also manages CI's demand for new IT requests. Track Scope, Schedule, and Budget. Document Key Deliverables and Associated Activities. Gather requirements and use cases. Develop Work Breakdown Structures and Schedules, making adjustment if needed. Work with CI management and SMEs to identify stakeholders and run Integrated Project Team Meetings. Track Risk and mitigations to risks and/or issues. Complete Program Management documents. Provide briefings and presentations to multiple stakeholders including Sr. Managers and Executives on Program deliverables. Maintain alignment with the Front Office PPPM initiative. Experience in CI environment a plus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science or higher Required. Experience: Minimum of 15 Years of Program Management experience.
