As a Residential Services Live-In Overnight Support person at Veterans Outreach Center, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our male veteran residents during after-hours. Your responsibilities will include providing on-call support from 11 PM to 7 AM, addressing any situations that may arise, and offering individual assistance to clients when needed. Additionally, you'll facilitate conflict resolution between residents, fostering a respectful and peaceful living atmosphere. To be successful as a Residential Services Live-In Overnight Support person at Veterans Outreach Center, Inc., you should possess a high school diploma or higher, coupled with at least one year of experience in a residential facility. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
