Urgently looking for an Inpatient/IV/Chemo Pharmacist to join a dedicated team. If youre passionate about patient care, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with chemotherapy and infusion therapy, this is the role for you! Shift Details 7 On/7 Off Night Shifts
Key Details:

• Beds: 80-bed facility
• System: EPIC

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
• Must be chemo-certified and proficient in pounding both hazardous and non-hazardous medications

Duties Include:

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services, including chemotherapy and infusion support
• Collaborate with medical teams for safe medication management in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Ensure pliance with medication safety protocols and regulations
• Use EPIC for order entry and medication management
