The Alexa AI team is developing innovative Generative-AI solutions to make Alexa a trusted assistant that helps customers daily.
Key job responsibilities As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will:
Drive product launches including working with feature/delivery teams across a large organization, GTM, and executives Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers. They will be adept at leveraging new and existing technologies to uniquely solve customer problems. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of technical program management experience - Experience in hands-on work managing complex technology projects - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
