Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled
Director of Operations
to oversee and streamline all facets of our commercial furniture installation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, optimizing processes, and driving growth and efficiency across multiple projects and locations. This individual will serve as a key leader within our organization, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, organize, and oversee all operational functions, including project scheduling, resource management, and quality control.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all project stages.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Manage budgets, project costs, and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, labor laws, and industry standards.
Foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence within the operations team.
Implement and maintain effective administrative procedures related to client onboarding, scheduling, warehouse management, and project reporting.
Manage team performance and growth, including recruitment, training, and development of staff.

Knowledge of project management software, time-tracking tools, and Google Workspace.
