Job description:

• Testing Techniques:
  Experience in functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing.
• Automation Tools:
  Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
• Test Management Tools:
  Skilled in managing and tracking test cases and defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or HP Quality Center.
  Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and its integration with QA processes.
• Ability to analyze requirements for clarity, completeness, and testability.
  
  Technical Knowledge:
  
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages like Java, Python, or SQL.
• Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
  
  Required Skills and Experience:
  
• Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles.
• Hands-on experience with IBM ACE, APPIGEE, and DataPower.
• Proven experience leading QA teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring QA engineers.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end QA processes for complex projects.
  
  Project Management Skills:
  
• Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies in QA contexts.
• Strong analytical skills for issue identification, impact assessment, and solution development.
• Effective troubleshooting and problem-resolution abilities.
• Skilled in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and customer support.
