The Product Solutions Coordinator is essential in supporting the Sales department by assisting with lead targeting, handling administrative tasks, and coordination of product ordering. This role demands strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and keen attention to detail. Acting as a liaison between internal teams, external customers, and the Sales department, the Product Solutions Coordinator ensures seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support

• Support quoting and order processing workflow.
• Create data sheets (submittals) for both new and existing products
• Assist with lead targeting and compile contact lists.
• Input and distribute orders efficiently.
• Aid in sourcing materials and obtaining quotes.
• Generate and issue purchase orders to support sales activities.
• Monitor and communicate order status and delivery updates.
• Contribute to creating take-offs for large project proposals.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of trade shows.
• Support customer pre-qualification processes.

Operations Support:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone/email.
• Assist in gathering all necessary data for creating customer review submittals.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Generate export documents for international shipments.
• Review and approve freight invoices.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with Canva software is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints is an advantage.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT

• Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and loud noises.
• Light physical effort. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking. Effort applies to no more than two (2) hours per day.
