Responsibilities
- Process Cancellation requests from Customers and Banks – which includes the following:
- Log all incoming requests in Excel
- Log all incoming Phone Calls for follow-up
- Cancel products on Vendor websites and/or by email
- Track progress of all cancellations
- Verify Customer and Lien information
- Process Refund Checks to Banks and Customers
- Post Journal Entries as needed
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to Banks, Customers and Internal Managers
- Provide Status Reports as instructed by Manager
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive experience preferred, but not required
- Highly organized and eagerness to learn
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Work with all levels of employee
- Valid driver’s license
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to Banks, Customers and Internal Managers
- Provide Status Reports as instructed by Manager
