Product Manager We're seeking an experienced and talented product manager to join a growing FinTech startup. Our team is rapidly growing and there is ample opportunity to lead and define your role. The successful candidate will join our marketplace product team to create and implement robust features that delight and excite our B2B customers. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineering, product, business development, legal, and our regulated broker dealer team to identify, prioritize, implement, test, and deploy features and tools. Primary Responsibilities Work with engineering and product leadership to implement marketplace features that proactively solve customer problems, drive revenue, and improve our overall SaaS offering Jointly own, groom, and manage development sprints and releases with input from key stakeholders Write detailed product requirements, assist in formulating technical design with lead engineers, and assist in defining test cases with the QA team Drive the software development lifecycle in collaboration with internal teams Create wireframes, UX designs, and workflows for complex products and features as required Support our business development team in client meetings for detailed product discussions as required Work with our customer implementation team to communicate product value, deliver release notes, and coordinate successful deployment of releases to client environments Collaborate with third-party integration partners on product requirements, development, testing, and delivery of new features Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 years of product management experience of a technical B2B product Proven track record of delivering an exceptional product and managing the product through its lifecycle, from ideation through execution, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong track record of working with a variety of stakeholders to deliver solutions in a timely manner, from engineers to customers and senior management Experience with working with Agile / Scrum methodologies Knowledge of task management software such as JIRA and Confluence preferred Experience and knowledge of UX / UI design and best practices Experience and understanding of capital markets, financial services, and trading strongly preferred Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and flexibly to both highly technical and less technical internal and stakeholders Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, fast-growing work environment Benefits: Highly visible role with immense growth potential.
