Key Points:
- Candidates MUST be located in one of the following cities: Chicago, Austin, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Palo Alto, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.
- Hybrid Model: 2-3 days a week remote, 2-3 days onsite in the downtown office
- Competitive salary range of $165,000-$230,000+ w/ bonus of 12-15%+ or higher. (depending on location and experience alignment)

As part of an leading AMLAW 100 industry leader, we are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Owner Manager to drive the development, management, and enhancement of our ServiceNow products. This role is primarily focused on supporting and expanding the use of ServiceNow’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM) products, aligning technology capabilities with business goals to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish and manage application roadmaps for SPM and APM, ensuring alignment with business vision and objectives.
- Lead a team of resources to enhance SPM and APM functionality using SDLC while maintaining design and quality standards.
- Ensure the integrity of product backlogs, including high-quality stories, prioritization, and efficient delivery for SPM and APM modules.
- Monitor and optimize the user experience and performance of SPM and APM applications, ensuring changes maintain or improve response times.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to evaluate their potential impact on the SPM and APM product areas.
- Track and report on all costs related to SPM and APM, including licensing, resourcing, and operational expenses.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow product experience, with specific expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
- Strong knowledge of digital product governance and best practices for securing sensitive data.
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS are preferred, not required.
