We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Product Manager to join our public-facing website team in Denver. You will be responsible for driving the execution of the team’s roadmap for millions of users worldwide. You will partner with technology, design, and marketing to evolve the riamoneytransfer.com experience and contribute to product features that generate customer and business value. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and line-of-business teams as a cross-functional leader to drive the execution of the product roadmap;
  • Handle day-to-day management of Jira backlog to create epics and user stories that support the execution of the product roadmap;
  • Combine data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to inform prioritization of the product backlog;
  • Track and analyze metrics compared to industry benchmarks, publish reports on product performance, trends, and risks/opportunities for both short and long term;
  • Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams including, but not limited to: scrum, infrastructure, API, and QA to drive delivery;
  • Define A/B and/or multi-variate tests to validate new ideas and features;
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing per release requirements;
  • Coordinate backlog for defect resolution. Provide clear vision and scope documentation, use cases, workflows, wireframes, and product requirements to support development;
  • Help define new product features or optimizations of existing products, and incorporate them into the roadmap;
  • Define products and services that deliver frictionless and innovative experiences;
  • Create concise, compelling business cases that lead to buy-in from managers and senior leaders;
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication of goals and progress;
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in product management / building products preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field;
  • Understanding of web technologies such as browsers, HTML, JavaScript, and web applications;
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush and Google Search Console;
  • Understanding of Content Management Solutions such as WordPress, Prismic, or headless CMS’s;
  • Experience in software development practices and agile methodology – JIRA is preferred;
  • Experience with tools of our stack like Amplitude Analytics, Segment, and Iterable;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions;
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and a detail-oriented approach;
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English;
  • Ability to articulate the "why" behind product decisions clearly and leverage data to get buy-in from other stakeholders;
  • Experience shipping products to users and understanding what makes a good product;
  • Start-up experience; ability to wear many hats and understand the whole product and how its pieces interact;
  • Proficiency in optimizing event tracking: understanding what should be tracked, how it should be structured, and the taxonomies that should be applied;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with international money transfer systems and compliance requirements;
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices;

The range in Colorado for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. Actual starting compensation may vary based upon work experience, and skills.
