Job Summary:

Moldex, a leading US manufacturer of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), based in West Los Angeles, has an opening in the Marketing Department for a Product Marketing Coordinator..

 

Committed to safety and innovation, we are seeking a Product Marketing Coordinator to drive successful product launches and coordinate product information and support, for communications to both our sales force and customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Packaging Compliance:
  • Review and ensure compliance of product labeling with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product specifications.
  • Assess packaging materials and graphics for accuracy and brand consistency.
  1. Product Information Management:
  • Manage and maintain system for dissemination of product details across multiple marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Administrator to ensure product details are communicated properly to sales and distributors.
  • Adjust and administer price lists, based on market conditions and cost increases.
  1. Marketing Collateral Review:
  • Evaluate various marketing collateral to ensure accuracy of product communication.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Graphic Design team for brand and copy consistency.
  1. Product Launch Support:
  • Drive product launches from concept to market for both domestic and international markets.
  • Develop comprehensive launch plans and collaborate with internal teams.
  1. Market Research / Product Line Review:
  • Conduct research to identify trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
  • Review product line performance routinely, to make recommendations on product line adjustments / rationalization.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Previous PPE industry or hard product experience preferred.
  • Proven success in driving product launches.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, intellectually curious, and a self-starter.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Work on-site in Culver City office

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.
