Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions. Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles. Ability to work on both detailed tasks (such as document creation) and high-level process design initiatives. Familiarity with raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost optimization strategies. Strong problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis and identifying corrective actions. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey ideas to team members and management. Capable of analyzing information to evaluate results and implement the best solutions. Commitment to continuous learning and keeping technical knowledge up to date. Ability to effectively manage both small-scale tasks and larger projects, working independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements: Must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. The role requires occasional walking, sitting, kneeling, and reaching above shoulder level, as well as regular hand dexterity for handling tools and equipment. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and color vision. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where continuous improvement and process optimization are key.
