Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing of products. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, improve processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to meet targets and maintain high performance.
• Production Management: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed to meet company standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall production processes.
• Reporting: Maintain production records and provide regular updates to management on team performance and operational challenges.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Quality, Logistics) to resolve issues and improve workflow.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control.
• Technical: Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
