- 12+ years in Chemical production
- A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering
- Ability to interact with a wide range of personalities
- Continuous improvements, Quality, Safety
- Streamline manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing
- Oversee personnel scheduling and hiring
- Ensure on time delivery of products
- Coordinate with Maintenance Department for reliability of machinery
- Ability to wear a few hats within the manufacturing process
