National General Contractor looking for experienced Superintendents to lead the build of Manufacturing Plants, Cold Storage, Food & Beverage Processing facilities, and large warehouses. ROLE: Run the job site, manage crews, and keep things moving smoothly Ensure safety and quality standards are met Stay on top of schedules and budgets Communicate daily with the project team and handle on-site challenges Coordinate deliveries, materials, and logistics EXPERIENCE NEEDED: 5 years as a Superintendent in industrial construction (manufacturing, cold storage, food/beverage plants) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage big projects and tight deadlines BASE PAY: $100,000-$180,000 Per Diem/Vehicle or Allowance Travel Housing Paid For Insurance (Medical/Vision/Dental) Bonus
