About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products. You will work closely with our production team to develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. Your primary goal will be to optimize our manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and improve manufacturing methods and processes that support product quality and quantity goals.
  • Collaborate with our production team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Create work instructions and plan layouts for manufacturing processes.
  • Introduce new products into the manufacturing process and ensure their successful integration.
  • Assist manufacturing with problems throughout the facility
  • Suggest manufacturing improvements
  • Design components, tooling and special equipment
  • Responsible for processing change orders to routings initiated on the manufacturing floor.
  • Interface with mechanical engineers
  • Provide technical assistance as needed to ensure that the existing production tooling is maintained, produces high quality parts, and is available to meet production demands

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Experience with CNC programming and machining.
  • Experience with new product introduction.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will use your expertise in work instructions, manufacturing assembly, CNC programming, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing process, machining, plan layouts, and new product introduction to optimize our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our products are produced efficiently and effectively, while maintaining our high standards of quality. Your problem-solving and analytical skills will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with our team and ensure the successful integration of new products into our manufacturing process.
