Job DescriptionDetermine, revise and review economic methods, operation sequences and toolingDevelops and evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling and materialsImproves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layoutDevelop vital assembly guides, operational manuals and illustrations for manufacturing processes utilizing computer aided design and manufacturing software applications in the effective execution of this activity.Support team of Engineers and Designers with valuable guidance in product operationsProvide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent7 - 10 years' experience requiredProblem solver familiar with root cause analysis and project managementRF & microwave frequency products, sub-assemblies, modules, PC boards and wire bondingExperience in working with chip and wire processes preferredKnowledge of advanced manufacturing methods in test, assembly and fabrication requiredInterpersonal communication skills using professional and courteous conductMust be able to work in a clean-room environmentKnowledge of advanced manufacturing methods in test, assembly and fabrication requiredBenefitsPTOVacationHealth InsuranceDental Insurance401k
