What will the Manufacturing Manager do?
As the Manufacturing Manager, you would be responsible for the manufacturing operations at our facility, including production through metal fabrication, welding, PCB assembly, and technical assembly. You would work closely with other department and company leaders to establish new procedures, improve overall manufacturing operations and efficiencies, and develop your team.
You will need to keep the manufacturing environment ISO compliant by ensuring processes are followed. If improvements need to be made to those processes, you are the person to drive that change and continually improve the manufacturing environment.
You would be expected to keep manufacturing flowing by providing daily guidance and problem-solving. You will also:
- Enforce safety procedures are followed in the production areas.
- Improve our OTD.
- Contribute to our long-range strategy.
- Conduct performance reviews, development plans, and obtain training records for your team.

What makes you qualified for this role?
You would need:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership
- Implementation experience Six Sigma, 5-S, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience in Power-Electronics is preferred.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure.
- Understand when extra hours are needed on assignments.
